They can't just poof and remove them from everyone at once. They posted it would be a gradual thing going through the accounts and removing them. All should be gone by the 25th. So sometime between now and the 25th yours will be gone and you'll get your refund.

Just play Singed. Volibear is more like Garen actually, beat someone down a bit and then execute them with Frenzy. His flip isn't nearly as far as Fling.

It's definitely up, just played on it. Made the other team's Wukong quit because he couldn't take me down. Then the team surrendered because I was solo pushing top. :x
