You can't play champs that need high income there. Just that some champs you just shouldn't because its either too slow or can easily be countered If someone makes you stumble a little bit in the jungle normally it can be difficult to come back if someone does the same thing to a jungle fizz you don't just stumble you break both of your *** fish legs

Well I just tried now, was able to Vault above Jarvan's ult np. Definitely wasn't fixed, you must have made a positioning mistake.
i did well im liking this :)

I VS'd a Vayne top as Jarvan once. Lv 6, I go all in, proceed to remove a good chunk of her life and then she's like "Condemn". I was so sad.
