Slowly getting used to Vi jungle, she's pretty nice.
I got some Lee counter jungling me like crazy but I got back every single buff he stole plus his camps after simply beating his *** in a few seconds between two bushes.
Sick ganks though, simply sick. By level 3 or 4 turrets don't exist anymore and by level 6, it's just free.
I found that I could only begin to climb up the ranks by not believing in "elo hell", and that the attitude of most people who do believe in it is the reason for a lot of problems at low elo.
That's completely true. You need to stay positive, you need to go in with "I'm going to fist anything that moves" in mind, and apply it the hardest possible.
I just had a very bad laning phase against a Fiora that got a first blood during an invade and level 2. Still managed to not feed, outfarm her, kill her even and proceed to ruin them in late game.
I start to really like Vi, as soon as I complete my 4th item there is usually little people can do in front. Her ult guarantees that all team fights are adc-less and her E destroys everyone.
She would have had less deaths had she warded top more(edit had she warded period) and not been so aggressive, mind you she was winning the lane a bit and wrecking team fights, but also melting in team fights just as well.
She could have been much more aggressive, I was surprised to not see her rush that much (she basically had the lane the whole time, hands down). I didn't check her stuff nor did I focus her at all in team fights, didn't see her fall even when I killed her with collateral damage.
She was dangerous with her ult, just a sandbag without.
Those last 2 games could have gone either way, a lot of throws here and there, ultimately bad positioning. Catching diane/fiora at baron by themselves just sealed the deal on that loss for them, power of wards.
And yea after a few items you were just wrecking on Vi with Triforce/GA combo.
People are going to be bad relative to your ELO regardless.
Some people will be good, and can explain why someone one your team gets stomped on
People can have a bad game
It's always better to play a champ you know and can play well than play an "OP" champ or a "hard counter" to someone
Giving up first blood and having a bad early game is not the end of the world
DON'T surrender. Games can be lost by one dumb mistake by the other team, even if they're waaaaaaaaaaay ahead of you
There will be any number of asshats on your team. Ignore is there for a reason, is your friend, and should be used
As rage inducing as it is, if someone on your team is bad or having a bad game, don't rage at him, as it is not conducive to winning at all. Damn it does feel good to vent though. :/
I read somewhere that: "Assuming YOU are not the problem, your enemy has a 56% chance to get a troll/feeder ruining the game and your own team only has a 44% chance." With that said a player above their rank should win a little more than half their games, give or take a few.

I think this goes to say that you don't always have to perfectly follow the meta too. Most people at low elo don't know how to counter intuitive/unique team comps.
Numerous times I've been the designated support and instead just picked a non-support I'm good with such as Katarina, and it worked out much better than expected. Last time Annie told me to go mid instead of her to face Morgana, and she went to support bot and got Graves 11/1 by 20min while I destroyed Morg.
look at people like Best Riven NA or InvertedComposer
most of us aren't and will never be 2200 elo tho
i couldn't do this.
The flip over wall thing is a mechanics thing(this sort of thing in particular has to do with both singed and nidalee mechanics hue), if you get good with your mechanics you can do things like that
I have no doubt if I played singed enough I could flip someone over a wall. I'm talking about he whole thing, surviving that long, making the flip @ 1hit, planning that whole escape without panicking. There's more than lining up a ss going on there, and that's why I won't ever be THAT good.
It's relative to some extent on the number of games you play versus the number of honors you receive. HO is much easier to get than any of the others, I've seen boatloads of them. I've seen several teamworks, 2-3 friendlys, and 1 helpful. I have more than 2x the teamwork compared to HO, but have received received HO, lost it, then got it back, after really not all that much honor. Just keep playing, don't argue with the other team, and hope they honor you. It doesn't hurt to say to one opponent you had fun playing against a game "Good game xxx, honored." That might encourage them to honor you.
Borders are season 2 rewards, you get a border based on your highest ranking from that season. They will most likely not be back until next year.
If you want honors, spam blind. This is the mode where I get the most and where you can literally farm them. In ranked, you'll rarely have them compared to blind.
The ratio so far is probably 1/10, no wonder why people in ranked don't have most of the ribbons, which is the exact opposite of anyone playing blind.
I dont know, think this one is just as good if not a bit better, mind you the jukes on that Lee sin were sic, I know theres another version of this video of nas but with 500 miles song on it iirc , I know we've posted it up here before cant remember the title sadly...
Has anyone here at least given this game a try or plays it? I enjoy it a lot for what it's worth. It's a MOBA-style game and it's completely FREE unless you want to buy skins(merely aesthetic) for champions. All the champions are well-balanced and can be purchased with Influence Points earned from matches.
