Oh man, even as fed Irelia Darius is a pain in the ***... He is so anti-fun.
I think it's BS that he never has a reason NOT to pull you and go all in, not like he'll ever die unless your whole team focuses him... If you do then you waste too much time in a fight and lose, but if you don't he just does his stupid damage and kills your team you lose anyway.

Draven’s Critical Strikes deal bonus physical damage over time. Spinning Axe also causes this effect even if it does not Critically Strike.
Q: Spinning Axe
Draven’s next attack will deal bonus damage. This axe will ricochet off the target high up into the air. If Draven catches it, he automatically readies another Spinning Axe. Draven can have two Spinning Axes at once.
W: Blood Rush
Draven gains increased Movement Speed and Attack Speed. The Movement Speed bonus decreases rapidly over its duration. Catching a Spinning Axe will refresh the cooldown of Blood Rush.
Stand Aside Draven throws his axes, dealing physical damage to targets hit and knocking them aside. Targets hit are slowed.
E: Stand Aside
Draven throws his axes, dealing physical damage to targets hit and knocking them aside. Targets hit are slowed.
R: Whirling Death(Ultimate)
Draven hurls two massive axes to deal physical damage to each unit struck. Whirling Death slowly reverses direction and returns to Draven after striking an enemy champion. Draven may also activate this ability while the axe is in the flight to cause it to return early. Deals less damage for each unit it hits and resets when the axes reverse direction.

‘The best’ is wherever I decide to set the bar each day. Unlike his brother Darius, victory in battle was never enough for Draven. He craved recognition, acclaim, and glory. He first sought greatness in the Noxian military, but his flair for the dramatic went severely underappreciated. Thirsting for a method to share ”Draven” with the world, he turned his attention to the prison system. There he carved out the celebrity he desired by turning the tedious affair of executions into a premiere spectacle. At Draven’s first execution, he shocked onlookers when he ordered the doomed prisoner to run for dear life. Just before the man managed to flee from sight, Draven brought him down with a flawless throw of his axe. Soon, all Draven’s executions became a gauntlet through which Noxian prisoners raced for a final chance at life. He used this trial as his own personal stage, and turned executions into a leading form of entertainment. He rallied onlookers into a frenzy, while desperate prisoners scrambled to evade him. They never succeeded. Rejecting the solemn, black uniforms of Noxian executioners Draven donned bright outfits and developed flashy signature moves to distinguish himself. Crowds flocked to see Draven in action, and tales of his performances spread quickly. As his popularity grew, so did his already-inflated ego. He belonged at the center of attention. Before long, the scope of his ambitions outgrew the population of Noxus. He decided that the glorious exploits of Draven should be put on display for the entire world.

thought Darius passive was a dmg based on a % of the enemy's total hp? Nope. Hemorrhage
(Innate): Darius' basic attacks and damaging abilities cause enemies to bleed for 12 / 15 / 18 / 21 / 24 / 27 / 30 / 33 / 36 (+0.4 per bonus attack damage) magic damage over 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.
Darius gains 5% movement speed for each bleeding enemy champion.
Most people seem to have more trouble with his refreshing ult which is... Noxian Guillotine
(Active): Darius leaps to target enemy champion and strikes a lethal blow, dealing true damage. For each stack of Hemorrhage on the target, Noxian Guillotine deals an additional 20% damage.
The cooldown is refreshed if Noxian Guillotine kills the target, or if the target dies within 0.5 seconds after use.
Cost: 100 mana
Range: 475
Cooldown: 100 / 90 / 80 seconds
True Damage: 160 / 250 / 340 (+0.75 per bonus attack damage)
Maximum True Damage: 320 / 500 / 680 (+1.5 per bonus attack damage)

Deal with it. :x
Also, after messing around in a custom game with him the max true damage you can get is somewhere around 1400. But that was stacking 5 Bloodthirsters and an IE which no man in their right mind would do in a real game. XP
Edit: Before you ask about the IE. 1k+ crits and 103% Life Steal = full health in 2 hits. It was so totally worth it. XP

Yes but he still gets 900 true dmg np which... is *** scary, as a refreshable ultimate. Veigar who can do redic amounts of burst with his R, can only do that 90seconds with no cdr. Around 1 min -/+ with cdr, but the issue is, once his Q and R is down... his dmg is done for, and now has to wait as a sitting duck, or kite.
I digress... Darius can spam his R in succession. He has good amount of tankiness to him, so he can be in teamfights and his Q is an aoe of 425. Basically can spam it since he gets every 3 seconds with CDR, and rack up the innate stacks. His W just hurts, and he can spam it every 2 seconds with enough blood stacks on his target+cdr combo. He can even interrupt moves with his E, or hide in a bush as team fights happen then pull them away from the teamfights and rock them squishies.
His true dmg spam ult is just HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE on so many levels. I think his ult needs a rework, Idc if they make it high dmg true ult, but then like 2 min cooldown, idgaf that's fine. It limits him, and then he will need to use his R smartly in team fights. 1 on 1 he will destroy you... sure ok. Though a lot of champs destroy one on one. Udyr, Xin, Fiora, and so on.

That post in no way saying his ult was weak or not OP. I was simply stating a fun fact about his ult.
In my honest opinion, overall he's not OP. He can be shut down easily if the team focuses him as they should or find some other way to pull him out of the fight. I will however say that the cooldown refresh on his ult is extremely OP as I can personally attest to it. I do think that part of it needs a rework, and fast.
But I will also say that in order to refresh that cooldown he does have to steal the feed from his carries and any other teammates he may have that possibly need kills. While Darius is extremely moderately tanky (depending on the build) and can deal a lot of damage he cannot carry a whole team if he happens to be a *** and steal all the kills, unless the other team is derpy in general in which case it's that team's fault.
By SSJAV 2012-05-30 13:35:20
If you let a Darius walk right up in the middle of your team and kill your carries you deserve to lose. >__> He's really *not* that tanky and is easy as hell to zone on AP carries/tanks. But I will say early on, you're certainly punished if you do short fights with him. :<

Then again the guy may have just been a complete tard since I was Garen and was 2nd pick. He should have realized what was going to happen.I just question why you'd waste the gold purely on pots just to stay in lane longer. Especially when you risk death on Morde because without t1 boots he's slow as hell.
Has anyone here at least given this game a try or plays it? I enjoy it a lot for what it's worth. It's a MOBA-style game and it's completely FREE unless you want to buy skins(merely aesthetic) for champions. All the champions are well-balanced and can be purchased with Influence Points earned from matches.
