How does Fiora counter Wukong?
I picked Fiora to counter who I assumed was their solo top, then they picked Wukong and I lost horribly, he has easy-mode harass that does a lot of damage, then he can just decoy whenever I try to fight back.
Then I brought it up that it was impossible to win the lane, and they just claimed that Wukong is weak to Fiora, but I don't see how.
I played against my friend in a 1v1 Fiora vs. Wukong, we're both about evenly matched in skill too. I lost by a small margin, mainly because I had to wait for him to ult before I could use mine, or he'd just use his decoy to escape. So regardless of how it came down I was always the first one to low HP, and auto attacking (Fiora's strength) seems futile against Wu.
fiora is a champ that snowballs stupidly hard. if you watch some of the games i play with zah and whoever else plays its really easy (if you're jungling or solo top) to go from wrecking people in 1 game to being utter trash the next. iono how you allot your abilities but I max out the W first followed by the E.
the main thing with fiora that makes her beastly is being able to parry any basic attack and her ult.
also a lot of it requires perfect timing so you don't blow your parry too early or too late. But usually fiora can win solo top against most solo top champs except against WW, malphite and jax.
also the double gap closer she has with her Q can be devastating against champs that try to flash or ghost away.

then yeah, if the person is good enough they can destroy fiora. she's not that hard to beat, and she's countered really easily but yeah if you're good with her you can wipe the floor with anyone. and if your opponent knows what they're doing, you're going to have a really bad day

I think I only do well with her when I'm jungling because I don't know how to handle being harassed as a melee...
I don't do it much because she is very easily counter-jungled.

she destroys nearly everyone in the jungle? she's a great duelist lol and once parry is maxed out you basically 2 shot almost everything in the jungle

I have found Jarvan to be an amazing solo top. I have been able to hold my own against virtually any lane opponent with him. Only downfall is how easy it is to be mana starved. Philo stone helps, but still pretty easy to drain your mana pull (especially if harassing which he is great at).
Should give him a try if looking for another solo top option.

Need more free champs. Kind of sick of the current rotation. Mundo was fun, but I have a real hard time playing a tank. Is there something I should be prioritizing as a tank? Usually I start with Merc treads, and depending on the tank/enemy damage potential, I lean toward one direction or the other. As a strict tank, I usually get shut-down early and then have a hard time catching up.

Despite absolutely loathing veigar because of his AoE stun, he almost seems like the perfect champ for me. His passive grants the mana sustain I desire for my playstyle, and he's incredibly bursty against any AP champ.
I am going to try him out.

Add me Louie. Solrokr. Also, know that by adding someone who is currently not online, a glitch with chat can occur where one can't respond to the other except in chat rooms. A quick fix is removing and re-adding while they're online.

I think this week is mind-torture week with Fiddlesticks, Nidalee, and Singed in the rotation.
I sort of want to buy Nasus to try out for solo top. Is he a good competitive pick?

Nasus is a massive carry killer. Just farm Q and you can win games.
Had a match just the other day where I got my Q up to about 1200ish damage. Brand wasn't a threat anymore :D

thats if nasus can farm his q >__> Not hard to do so, even if getting pushed. Especially once you get Sheen + glacial shard. See an open lane? Farm the hell out of it! :P

I sort of want to buy Nasus to try out for solo top. Is he a good competitive pick? Hes probably great for normal rounds, and depends if your team can deal with the enemy team without you for the first 20mins while you hang top farming.
As far as Rank goes, I wouldnt pick nasus right away until you see the rest of the team comp. Kennen/Teemo/Vlad that can shut down a lot of tops will shut down Nasus.

He came back HARD, he got a pentakill even...

You are seriously over-estimating his mana regen... you won't notice anything until lvl 13. In the lane phase his mana regen passive is not gonna help you.

Build what suits your needs Rhao. If that extra MP sustains you for longer periods of time, use it. Just know that there may be an inefficiency somewhere in your play-style. If you remedy that, you may not need chalice down the line, or may be able to post-pone the need for that MP regen until you can buy a bigger item, one that has MP regen on it, as well as AP and other statistics.

That doesn't matter... your Q alone gives you AP, as does .. you are veigar... you are gonna acquire a ***ton of AP. His ult does a ***ton of dmg regardless how much AP you have *As in him ulting you*. I've gibbed Tanks who have MR with my ult, stun, dark matter cause the amount of AP I have. That isn't a valid reason to not build a proper AP. If anything just build items that give MR and HP along with AP if you are that scared of getting one shot by another veigar. Veigar is my bread and butter AP champ. I can play him support bot, I can play him top solo. I love him mid. Though I wouldn't say anything was technically wrong with your build. Other than having both abyssal and void together.
Also again veigar's passive isn't strong and won't do ***for you at low lvls. Once you hit around lvl 13.
