If you're good at the game, and have correct gear choices (Even if it is gimp) then we don't have a problem.
It's like Bird parties, DD's who don't immediately attack birds and TP in STR rings are lowering the EXP of everyone because of stupidity, why is that acceptable?

You need to grow up Ronson, and try to debate like the grown ups.
If I'm a BRD main fishing a party, and a member is doing 300 penta's, or not attacking the mob right away I'll leave and find / make another pt.
Why should the members who are doing well, make up for the bad members? If I'm in a BCNM and I can see a certain member is going to be doing basically nothing I'll have a talk with a leader, as it's not fair on the rest of the members.
Why should the rest of the party suffer because you suck due to your own choice?

Probably not, seeing as people like you in a bird party probably drop the EXP to 12k p/hr and If I get into a party with competent DD's it's simple to pull 27k-30k p/hr parties.
One stubborn bad DD ruins the exp for everyone. It's selfish really.
And I've seen plenty of new people who look up info in this game, and don't become a burden to everyone else. If you have the right gear (Doesn't have to be uber in any way) and know how to gear various aspects of your job then I have no problem. If you TP in STR rings, or Askar head for example we have a major problem.
Gimp correct gear > Idiotic gear (like full aurore)

You don't need to +1 everything to be a good DD, but you need to know what gear to wear.
Someone with gimp gear can do well still with the right measures being taken (food etc) Someone with HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE gear can never do well.

Knowing how to gear is normally an indication on how well a certain member will do.
Someone with HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE gear choices is far more likely to play terribly, than someone who knows how to gear jobs.

Ok firstly:
I don't know what country you're from, but stop.
Secondly:
Why should I accept a sam who full times str rings in my party? Why should I accept a sam who uses Askar head? It shows he doesn't understand the basic game mechanics, and refuses to take time to ask friends or check online. If they're playing online, they clearly have internet access. So look up information on your job, common sense dictates most gear choices, if you lack common sense, then I'm afraid you lack a party.

It shows he doesn't understand the basic game mechanics, and refuses to take time to ask friends or check online. If they're playing online, they clearly have internet access. So look up information on your job, common sense dictates most gear choices, if you lack common sense, then I'm afraid you lack a party.

Ok for all the banwagoners 1st if you have Homam your a fool to toss them for Auro's not to mention the hard work it took to get them. Auro's offer a +6 acc inc but if your acc was capped they are worthless to people who already had homam at the most Auro's are a side grade for homam users, they are really only great if you don't have homam. Now Ocelot Trousers gives you and extra 1% haste +3 acc and +10 evasion, yes they are better but again i'd say side grade. As a homam user I'll go for Ocelots and skip Auro's if you have no Homam legs the grab Auro's until ocelots. But all this Auro's is way supperior to homam is just a joke. On a similar note any Blu full Timing the auro set is banwagon the set is trash for blu compared to a homam/relic tp set or a Af+1/endkidu Physical casting set hands down. I'm just loling at all the banwagon blu in full pink Auro's and won't get any type love from me if your full timing this set. Lmao just like seeing sam in full perla just a fukin joke....8D Wrap up auro legs FTW if you cnnt capp acc or get a pair of homam. Also its crazy to see people tossing dusk hands and feet for auro...the banwagoners are just lol.
