I don't pretend to know why people are interested in whatever game they so happen to choose for what reason. When they haven't even come out. How can one judge?
First impressions are important, hell, that's what 99.9% of E3 is about. But ToR has had me following it. It's a petty gripe I have with the game, I'll admit. It's just a difficult position to be in for Bioware Austin.
E3 is mostly about gaming as a spectacle, and not as an art form, and just like you can't judge music without hearing it, or judge a film without seeing it, you can't judge a game without playing it. (Someone re-quote that to Ebert)
So I absolutely agree. I was under the impression though, that it was an open forum to discuss E3 and the games making their debuts, or re-emergence there. And that's just what I'm doing.
Maybe classic case of Doin' it wrong!?
