Pushing It To The Limit

Been working on Maats cap for some time. My goal is almost achieved. Trying to figure out best end game job.
Suggestions?

Usually endgame is about being flexible more than having 1 great job. You having so many jobs would be good for it. Like having roles available such as a tank job, a DD, a support and a healing all ready would be ideal. Or at least that is my personal opinion.

You have to come away from the idea, that ther is one great do all jod for end game. FFXI is about flexiblity and the best way for one to succeed is not to be limited by one job, but to be able to adapt to the needs of your group/party/LS.

Absolutely, if you have a tank/DD/healing and support job all with gear and some merits you will get endgame invites with ease and be a valued member for being flexible. Having a pet job on top is a bonus for some situations.

The jobs I find most in demand however is Blm and Rdm, espicially Rdm, what endgame situation doesnt need a Rdm? lol

It really depends on what you like and what you have fun with. If you hate having the responsibility to heal then a healer job is not your job for endgame. If you dont like singing songs then bard isnt your answer either.

If you love to pound mobs in the face, slicing em up with knives, katanas, great katana, axes, and so on, then be a DD!

If you wanna stand far away shooting bolts, arrows, and bullets and die a massive amount from damage :) then be a rng! :P

If you dont wanna tank, then dont be a pld or other tanking job O.o.

Find what you like, that you would have fun with, and enjoy to do endgame with.

If you pick a job and say "sigh..." then you know you need something more fun.

I'm gonna go on a whim here and just say level up whatever you enjoy the most. It's what you're going to spend your time and gameplay on, it may as well be something enjoyable. If the endgame scene is that important, then just level up BRD or COR and they'll kiss your feet then you can play whatever you want after events.
