I'm pretty sure SE confirmed that direction doesn't affect crafting at all. But I'm going off memory so. But yeah if you happen to make a cursed blood mail..shoot it my way dohohoh..seriously I'll buy it lol oh and yeah I've read some horror stories on crafting HQ cursed gear so I don't think its anything new to have some shitty HQ rates with cursed gear.
