Sorcerer's Belt is just a way to say goodbye to an inventory space. unless you live on flans or other exp mobs like wamoura buffalos etc
The DoT of 1 int is too low to be noticed , sash offers you more acc and a chance of critical hit yeah is lol2% but hey we're also looking at int+1
