As many people tell me, just have both.
If you find yourself missing often, pop on the Acc stuff.
If you seem to be hitting ok with the Att stuff, just keep that on.
Not sure about the Str or Att, I guess macro the +Str for WSs?
Edit: As the gloves, I'd go for the +Att reguardless, that's a lot of bang for a hand slot.
