anyone know how to change graphics on ps3 from 420 to 720 graphics don't look very good and its killing my eyes, under config on ps3 there is no graphics setting like on pc.
It's not going to look like PC if that's what you're expecting.
My PS3 is displaying it in 720p just fine, an it's still beautiful (my opinion anyways).

I just got a Ps3 just for this game and having the HDMI plugged in automatically sets resolution to the highest for me. Just check the display settings.
The opening cutscene and character creation screens looked great for me. Just waiting on a server to play in :( Anyone having issue putting in their ps3 registration code? A friend of mine got his for PS3 yesterday and it keeps telling him he's entering it wrong. Either its an issue on their end or he's really dumb and entered it wrong like 50+ times... >.> which is possible
does it say 1080p on the ffxiv box,just curious,guessing not but wondered(im on pc so cant check)

I expect full refund now. Consoles don't come with HDMI cables, even new ones. So it's not their fault. I like the way everything is set up. Nice UI in my opinion. I've done over 30 quests in my first day and did't have to look up anything.
