the OP should invest in fraps or playclaw or some other screen capture tool with compression software.
Or at least get a tripod for the camera but that was interesting o-o I wish I was this good. His incredibly cohesive and efficient macro setup in particular makes me just sit in awe at his immense skill at FFXI.
