You need to watch Wing and Seed/Destiny! :o

If you watched it in Japanese, Wing needs to be watched in English; the cheesiness of the dub helps get through the bad parts of the show. :I
Alternately, read Gundam Wing: The Glory of Losers manga for a retelling of the series with extra material added in to cover plot holes and stuff and generally make the whole thing work better.
And Seed Destiny is a sequel, so not a good idea to watch it without Seed... Though the show falls apart after the first 10 or so episodes anyway, so generally not a good idea to watch it at all.
