I loved Waiting..., especially when I was working in the food industry. They did things in that movie that I only dreamed of. Also, the scene where that last group comes in for the night 2 minutes before the place closes and all the cooks start freaking out is so very *** true.

Kitchen would close at 1 AM, bar closed at 3.

Had to be cleaned and ready to be shutdown (in the back) by 1AM, a late arrival carrying 100+ hungry people suddenly showing up, don't get to go home until 3AM.
