You gotta go back and retalk to halver and naji for a second time. I did that same thing. Then Maat and Despehasdfalsjd will give you the letter.

A couple of those are game mechanic related! I had a period where I didn't care to argue w/ anyone so it was like *call GM* lol. "You're a *** ***" "Really?" Nice, I'm glad about the Kupipi update. I have a bunch of Rolanberries in my storage (I reactivated recently and haven't unlocked scholar yet, lol.)

Wonder how many Kupipi needs.

Just one, and you can go right to Kazham and get the letter there as well. No need to talk to anyone twice for that one.

Same thing happened to me when I went there the first time with only the letters from sandy and bastok... I am not sure if you have to go the the places in order, but I did sandy, bastok, windy, Maat, Kaz and Tav safehold as the last one. Make sure you talk twice to each npc to get the clues just in case.

I got my moggiebag last night and my first use gave me 9.4k :)... is this quest repeatable?
