Edit: Found it. Halver M Borel Mythril Musketeer Naji Head Lady-in-Waiting Zubaba Maat Despachiaire Jakoh Wahcondalo Are the lost letters writers, how the letters are found I don't know yet. I will go try talking to Halver seeming as I am in Sandy. Edit edit: Yes the letters originate from the NPCs listed. However I won't be able to obtain them all I don't think. Edit x3 + C-C-C-C-C-OMBO BREAKER!!: Hit a road block. You need access to the second floor of Heaven's Tower to get one of the letters. And I'm from Sandy. F U SE. Are there any other rewards from those NPCs, Dale? :o From what I saw in the DATs, you only get a reward for collecting all of the letters. What it is I don't know, I'll try trading in the letters I have for a reward, doubt it will work though.
Edit: Didn't work, need all of them. Wtf SE? So I can't finish the event unless I am from Windy, or I pos hack through the door and be captain obvious-hacker. I'm gonna run around and get this done now hehehehe >:)
