Not sure if this was in old WoE, but did a couple of runs and I did get double drops on Frayed Sacks of Liminality. Had this happen twice once in Level 120 Flux #8 and once in Level 121 Flux #13.

Pretty good gear in this update, some pieces have potential to become best in slot.
Also, i noted a single piece with sphere effect. Maybe the super rare drop from incursion?  SMN magic+2, Blood Pact Damage+3, Pet: Enmity+5 JP friend showed me this, comes from Incursion, from your own personal chests.

new WoE #15 , surged walk 15 is pretty hard.
en-petrify, -aja and t5 spam, doom and all that good stuff. The elementals are even more annoying now, especially the ice/water one with nonstop terror spam. Fire hybrid elemental has an insane burn dot it keeps spamming too, people showing up as dd with /dnc don't live very long. Zerg, fast, takes times, etc? Both were lvl 120 on entry. Bosses were pretty damn mean and took very little damage. As BLM with junk wayfarer gear and MAB stuff, i was hitting Blizzard on the Caturae for under 50, as an example. I might just be wearing super junky stuff to not make an impact, though.
Definitely do not suggest going in low man. Am in the turtle walk currently under a surge, and it is just super awful. It is taking the 5-7 of us a few minutes just to take out one of the NQ turtles.

They're no longer Rare so you can trade 3 of the same cape for a new one.
