Hmm when i use spellcast Rancor Mantle or should i say Rancorous Mantle wont equip is there an update or something? please help me out. Rancorous Mantle
ID #: 10991
Because, Rancor Mantle is ID# 1484.
If you typed in Rancor Mantle, Spellcast would be looking for #1484 and try to equip that instead of 10991.
If they have not released an update for the resource files you can make a quick temp fix by reading my mini guide here:
If you're still having problems tell me. Thank you im gonna try that now

I think I'll just wait until there's a resource update. I tried to fix mine and nothing happened. Lol.

Nevermind, I didn't unload everything and reload everything. I figured just re-updating resources or whatever would work. I got it. Thanks, hun. <3
You taking a break btw? I never see you around? ; o ;

I don't know how people use a mouse/keyboard combination for gaming. Not just this game but all other PC games, I just can't deal with it. Obviously we have to use a keyboard for typing (inB4 smart arse comments) but moving etc is horrible!
Controllers are they way forward, I use my 360 for FFXI but I have a wired pad for my PC.
Has anyone else noticed on the select character screen, the gold ends that are on the name labels of your characters have gone really 64bit and blocky? I wonder if that will be fixed because it never used to look like that before the update.
you have your technology terms confused
Really, that's all you have to say? I don't care if they are "confused" it was the only way I could describe what I was seeing. More to the point, was anyone else's the same or not? That was what you were supposed to answer not nit picking over "technology terms".

Glad it is working for both of you, still having issues with +2 relic but I think I might know what is causing it.

you mean 8bit...
and I still haven't done updates, so I can't view the character select screen to check, or I would have already.
chillout...

Controllers are the way backward, not forward. I love to see people try to play any type of RTS game with a controller.

I love Halo Wars with a controller, then again it's made that way.
Unless something drastic changes the PC market for games is in continual decline...
FFXI was designed originally to use a controller as well, but to each their own.

get a program called xpadder, lets u totally map ur keyboard to controller, there is no driver or program that will come close to how effective this is. I think it might be a paid for app though, I just found a free download for mine. I would link to a torrent but idk if thats allowed here.
and its not hard to do all those things on a keyboard, if ur a caster u wont be moving and hitting macros same time, camera is np(num pad to move, thumb on the arrows for the cam, left hand free to chat and hit macros). if ur a dd and happen to be moving u will most likely not have to spam a bunch of macros, maybe 1-3 for DEF set up/12% speed, which isnt hard. I can play perfect on both controller and keyboard, keyboard way more efficient.
a keyboard way more efficient but I can understand its too hard for some keyboard noobs when they are used to using a controller.

XBCD for wired controllers:
http://www.redcl0ud.com/xbcd.html
Use the drivers here for wireless:
http://x360wc.tripod.com/index.html
Win 7 64bit users have to go through some hoops to get the wireless drivers to work detailed in this thread: http://www.sevenforums.com/hardware-devices/9118-xbcd-drivers-xbox-360-gamepad.html
