Which 75 Job Are You Reluctant To Level To 99?

I cant wait to lvl my 75s again but DNC 75-99 is gona be a pain. Who wants a dnc when every other job is lfp? i.e brds and cors (cor lvl69 wo0tz)

Agreed. Hopefully they will actually release some spells that are worth a damn for partys. Really needs more aoe buffs and simliar.

I won't be leveling WAR past 75. I don't use it often enough, and I have other DD jobs that do just fine.

What I will level, because I'm sure it won't be too bad with level cap going up over time, is DRG, BLU, and PUP. DRG because it's my first love, BLU because I kick *** with it, and PUP because it's fun as hell. If I have time after those, I'll consider leveling NIN past 75 (currently 68 and climbing).

Def not gonna take Whm to 99.. So burned out on that job as it is. Been so tempted to delevel it just so i can not be told WHM all the time XD.
But def taking Cor, Sch and Smn to 99

WAR and BLM are done for sure.
DRK is probably in that category
would love to say BRD but you know...
RDM will be 99 for sure
BST and maybe COR will be attempted

plan on smn mnk and drg. let whm and brd go diaf. Actually seeing this as a chance to get back to the jobs I enjoy, and not what others want. kinda how blm pld drk and sam got ruined for me.

I'm gonna keep my RDM @75 on my second account so I can level sync Colibri camp, just gotta keep it on merit point mode full time.

Honestly at 75... DNC finally starts to shine in back up roles with their merits. I would invite one if they had a good amount of merits.

Looking back I would not have deleted my character. I miss my COR and would have definitely lvled it to 99.

So far I plan on leveling what I've got at 75 to 99. I still have fun on them. :3

No unfortunately. I was secure in my discussion until the news of the lvl cap raise. I hope 14 take's up my time.

Well is going to be capped at 80 then 90 so Im pretty sure all my jobs will hit 99 by the time the update comes around. However the Order in witch I will be doing them is MNK > SAM > PLD > BLM > WHM > NIN. maybe change my mind on blm before whm or entire list. I will have to see wat abilities we get when the time comes around.

BLU is gonna suck so I may just leave it be. SMN will kinda suck if I can't get into an AF Burn. RDM and SAM won't be too bad, BLM was fun and won't be bad if the exp isn't a crawl..and my up and coming BRD will be fast..so meh.

I could barely get blm past 37 lol. ;; I'm sure that there will be plenty of af burns for smn when the level cap rises, I don't plan on concentrating fully on that though. I wonder if the meriting system would be accessible at 80 or if we're just gonna have to hold off until 99, that would suck.

I doubt that, people will always*** over the chance to have a brd in pt and since the new expansions will have much stronger NMs and stuff they'll be needed for zerging and such.

I'll lvl drk then bst then blu. I will probably not take whm to 99 I get too bored with it to even take it to 37 in one go.

Anyone who truly hates brd and made the mistake of doing that the first time is going to disagree with you. Most find it not worth having the job because even if they have other jobs they like to play, they're basically stuck on brd 97.9% of the time. I can see a bunch of brds who feel that way not wanting to take it further and being able to play their other jobs.

Dead on regarding exp requirements ~ nothing like seeing all the foolish believe 1) SE suddenly is going to make getting to 99 easy 2) Players with a real life will have the patience to grind more then one job to 99.

True but then you're still gonna have snooty end game shells that will hardly let you in if you're unwilling to lvl it.

I don't want to waste another 5 years to get all my jobs to lv99 again. I quit FFXI after SE released the update informations LMAO...I'm glad that I quit...very hard for first few days but now I'm good without it lol...sorry, kinda off topic :)

RDM. I'm not main healing. ever. I rage enough doing it as is, especially when I get blamed for people's deaths. I'm getting WHM/RDMs for that ***; the most i'll do is cover their *** when they need to rest. >_>

SMN I'll probably do Astral Burn for again.

NIN, DNC...just gonna leave those there until they decide to make them...I dunno, more demanding?

Just wondering now how I'm gonna get THF and COR up to speed once the cap raise is implemented. Maybe more ABs, since I've gotten my skills mostly capped. @_@

BLM ~ XP is easy on my BLM, looking forward to 99BLM!

RDM ~ My 1st 75 but really not looking forward to my expectations of camping Joyeuse2.0 whatever it may be LOL >.>;

SMN ~ Not likely going to take it to 99. My gear for 75 isn't great.. unless YYR2.0 is easier to get, lol.. then I might, just not looking forward to 1.5milXP of carby soloing >.> (I will not main heal parties on SMN, I'd rather solo!)

BST ~ My excitement is limited only by the camps SE gives me. If the new zones are full of great usable pets I may take BST to 99 shortly after BLM.

WHM ~ Um, no. Hell no, not looking foward to pt'ing WHM at all.. It sounds like the new abilities will be "fun" but xping a WHM to 75 was torture enough.. the only job I cant get capped XP on to save my life LOL..

I'm looking forward to the 99 cap.. xp'ing with friends that were always stuck doing HNM's for the last year and will now want to head out to pt sounds great.

Dark Knight: Looking forward to it, currently the new experiences of Leveling this job to 76-99 is what keeps me playing.

Beastmaster: See Dark Knight.

Corsair: Underequipped and Underused. If Linkshell activities demand another Corsair, I will level it.

Ninja: Absolutely hate this job Endgame, love it during Low-man and Exp.

Summoner 10->75 in 9 Hours of Playtime, Summoning magic skill not capped. Still, useful job as it provides TP Free Magical and Physical damage.

Samurai: I have a Love-Hate relationship with Samurai. It's too easy to be too good, and great Samurais break this game more than Herald's Gaiters or Fences in East Ronfaure (S). Still, my intent is to bring it to 99, if only that I can argue against overpowered SAM with some legitimacy by having it leveled.

Scholar: Opposite of Ninja, Absolutely love it in all Endgame application, but Exp'ing it was a nightmare that wrests me from sleep in a cold sweat to this day. It would take Comet being unlocked on SCH to get me to bring it any higher.
