Billing Help Please!!

This is really frustrating but I hope someone else out there can relate to this problem or have any solutions. The past few days I have been getting a LM-22 Error which says my account is temp. closed due to a chargeback on past fees. I paid the fees once, no problem right? This account is EU and I'm from the United States so 45GBP is 70$. Then two days later what do you know I get the same exact charges for the three months again. Then I pay those fees again for the same exact reason and I wake up again today and they are here again. This is f'ing rediculous, 210 dollars for the same three months. I think it is because there is no valid credit card on the account but I'm not sure..Help please D:

I know that, lol. Was wondering if anyone had an issue like this. I'm going to call them today.
