We could save some of Scragg's bandwidth by just saying any damage taken gear PLD can't equip, PLD should be able to equip.
Is there a cap on damage taken? I've never cared to look it up. Wondering how much damage you could actually mitigate just through damage taken gear. Anything that would make blood tanking work like it should would make me happy.
