FFXI Timer Application?

Anyone know of a timer (doesn't have to be specifically for FFXI) for your computer that you can input a time and it will count down for you?

Mainly I want it so when I'm camping something, and I kill a mob, I can just hit the timer and it will count down until it's time for repop I'm not that great at just watching my desktop timer, and I often forget what time I was supposed to be watching for anyways.

I already have an alarm clock for the computer, but that's not what I'm looking for as you set it for a certain time, and having to change the time every time would be highly annoying.

Seems like you got your answer, but I use a kitchen timer - that way, I can bring it with me as I do laundry, pay bills, watch TV, whatever.

Yeah a friend does that too, but I don't wanna have to go and buy one lol.
