I think you're blurring multiple things together.
Seals base trade is 3:1 You make be also thinking of discussion about how the card trade rate is stupid. A single Omen run will net three cards on average. Making the rate 10:1 means you do three, maybe four, runs on a job just to get ONE card for another job. Whereas if you do one run on that job, you can wind up with three cards. Its horribly unbalanced. I understand the premise of trading up, but 10:1 is a horribly stupid ratio and its further compounded by the fact it has to be 10 of the same job.
