Reforged Artifact Armor

If I want to eventually make Reforged Artifact Armor +1 (Theophany set) starting from my original AF, what's the fastest/easiest/cheapest way to do so?

Should I make AF+1 so I only have to use 5 Rem's, or is the difference between the additional 5 chapters and gathering the Limbus materials not worth it?

If you shout for a group of yoyd difficult skcnm20 assuming everyone brings an orb you will come out with 21 chapters everyone gets 3 chapters just as you exit the bc. And 3 from each chest

I am a WHM main at 99, so I'm not sure how much soloing is feasible.. My WAR is 71 though so maybe I can do something with that.

Soloing is still a good point to make, if the OP supplies the orb, I'm sure someone out there would be willing to come solo dd, especially with a real whm instead of an mp ignorant trust whm.

Edit: if your only job at 99 is whm then I'm going to assume you don't have very many sacred kindred crests to work with. I know forming a shout group takes awhile but as stated earlier it may be your best option since it gives you a few extra FREE chapters from the other orbs people bring.
