OK, I admit. I'm not just fascinated by politics and astrophysics but by fashion and design too.
I so love the many looks of Lady Gaga. Incidentally she designs much of her own stuff, right down to the mechanical bits as in the bubbleator outfit she wore on the cover of the Rolling Stone.

She apparently says that she's not a singer, she's an entertainer. Which, I guess is pretty accurate. I'll never understand fashion, but she seems to have a bead on what gets attention and sells, so you can't really say she isn't talented either.
Do I listen to her music or philosophical ramblings, hell no, but her success speaks for itself.

She is very good in her own genre; not liking popstars doesn't mean she's bad at what she does.
I find her so very kitsch though. One Gaga is more than enough.
