Help Pol-0011 Error Code

Hi

I was playing the game this morning short time. I went out to take me kid to school etc and got back hour ago and cant even log back into playonline....
Its coming up Error code:POL- 0011

The networkis busy or there is noresponse to the server. Please try again later and verify that cables, networking devices, and network settings are properly configured.

I have never had this problem before but looking at old posts i found says maybe to do with my ISP ie- BT as im uk.....

Do i just need wait till not congested or do i need do something to fix this anyone know... please help me out

If it can help, I googled your error and no posts about POL-0011 have a clear solution. Everyone with this error eventualy log in successfuly with time.

Some of them have to reboot or reset their router.

If not il try rebbot once hubbie off his computer il have to kick him off probably lol

Im with Bt also.

Seems to be a routing issue, so maybe not at SE's end.

Have to ring bt /slashwrists.

/cheer finally back on after 5 hours of trying lol
