has anyone got a good set up for a build i was messing around with this last night not even swaping gears on qilins and was doing 1700 or so was good considering it was doing about same as SS
Shouldn't be using Final Heaven after trials. I'd look into improving your SS gear since it shouldn't be doing so poorly that it's matched by Final heaven

I have found in situations where ddex isnt capped and fstr is, second to last heaven performs much better.

I only have a set in case I hit the wrong WS after swapping weapons and my WS list is out of order. Your Shijin Spiral gear must be terrible, though. Asuran fist is still better, it's pretty sad, even with the +40% damage.
In my experience, you can hit 4k with FH, i just don't care about VIT in my set, but multi hit pieces.
