Hundred Fists Inquiry [Counter+] ?

I was wondering if there has ever been any testing done on Hundred Fists Counter rate. I don't have any proof except for my experience playing on Monk. However it seems to me over the years that my counter % has gone up when I am under the effect of hundred fists. That or I just seem to get lucky during two hour clinch moments? :D

Thought I would just throw this out there. It was a passing conversation in my LS.
