I just logged out like, 10 min ago, and it's telling me that my account has been suspended for declined card. I don't understand this ***at all. I went through this when the servers came back up and was out of game with dozens of others and now it's doing it again! It's the 18th of the month. I'm never billed before the 2nd of each month anyways. Anyone else having this issue?

Don't expect them to help you. All they will do is blame your bank. I tried to change my card to 2 different accounts recently, both of which have a couple thousand dollars in them, and they blamed the banks (2 separate banks mind you).

Tl;dr: SE sucks.

No clue. I looked at the SE forums and main FFXI website and there is no mention of billing maintenance. The last thing I found was that they corrected the problem that they initially had from the beginning of the month.

[Issue Details]
Certain users may experience the following:
- An "UCS-5024" error will appear when trying to reactivate their PlayOnline account upon login.

Seems like they corrected it, and their system freaked out and that there was no money to be had for this month again, and repeated the same incident... Who knows... This is SE we are talking about.

Guess I'll wait till their call centers open up and see wtf is going on.

Though, I'm sure I'll get a "It's all your fault or the banks fault or someone else's fault" reply

I re entered all of CC infor and was verified through their SE site, come back, clicked "submit", then got a USC error again. SE can bith the big one.

Ummm....... My windower is EU, I think (was having an issue with my windower and got one from a buddy in england after several failed attempts to reinstall windower) However, I'm not using windower when I put my information back in. I don't understand

Might be the problem,
try download US POL from playonline.com if that helps.
Ive had similar problem being I got NA account but am europeean

I am having a problem too.. LM21.. it says my account got closed due to some unpaid fees.. I friggin paid for March and they still charged me for April and I did not whine about it even though they promised us a free month.. now they will charge me in the middle of the month, wtf? are they *** trolling us or something?

Wow there's issues again? I'm still dealing with my LM-21 from start of the month saying i didn't pay it lol. Already made a thread about it where some ppl helped xD and it was more helpfull than customer support lol. All i got on customer support was "it's your bank" or "you are not the only one with this problem" xD

Yeah, I'm with ya 100%. I did as Cerelyn suggested and got the same thing. Idk what the *** going on. It's Bs. I got to give my CC info and they're telling me I owe fees too >.<
