*link to wiki's footwork page*

It states here that: TP bonus from martial knuckles applies to dragon kick with footwork up, even though the boots become your main weapon. Lol, I know that this is old but I'm dragging it out anyway.

Exactly. And anyone with a computer can delete the edits anyone else makes. Therefore it balances out the errors. A lot more correct than one man basing all of his facts on his own opinions.

Well if he is still unsure about martial Knucks at this point he may as well just get a pair and go test it out. Witch is wat most people in this game should be doing. Vegetto posted valuable data but would not hurt him to test it out himself if there are any doubts.

I like MNK/THF on high evasion or high defense monsters.. other than that, footwork is generally not worth it.

I went out and did this test myself the week footwork came out, as well as a handful of other mnks.

Considering that a 200 tp dragon kick is 25% more damage than a 100tp dragon kick, it's not a hard test to do, either.

Tiger beats me everywhere...

TP bonus doesn't apply. I did testing when footwork came out (after Vegetto did it, or Genome or someone I'm sure...) And edited wiki to say so... but that was a long time ago. I'll go fix it and yell a lot if someone hasn't yet.

Um probably because a 1 hit ws benefits more more from SA or even TA then the normal multihit ones.

And if you are wondering about howling fist yes Dragonkick will benefit more from SA then it will since it ignores some def giving you a higher pdif to begin with

Well I assumed he was asking about why all this talk about Footwork and martial and DK and what that has to do with /thf....

What else does "I don't understand how /THF has anything to do with this." Especially in a thread titled return of mnk/thf

Sure if you want to be technical. But that's like saying neither does anyone who DWs doesn't either.

Either way it does have ws that are listed as 1 hit so you get my point

No but thf/nin SA wsing is. Hello manstab. Seriously were you being purposefully dense there?

Good point. Then again I can't think of a single ws that actually does say it is 1 hit. Though pretty sure all multihit ws do say so

You list one example. Go on, give some more.

Even then, the SA only enhances the first hit. You'd do respectable numbers single wielding.

I have no idea wtf kind of point you are trying to make. He said H2h doesn't have single hit ws. I said that is only a technicality like saying anyone DWing techinically doesn't have a single hit ws. None of that even has to do with SA or how popular a particular combination is.

And duh on how SA works

You must be *** HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE. You quote me and insult me while not mentioning that I was off topic. I come back to explain that a DW single hit ws with SA doesn't stack as well, which was a point you made earlier. Then you go back into telling me I'm off topic, and claim everyone knows how SA works. You must be some kind of *** genius.

As I clarify and you, unable to comprehend what I said, throw another insult. Brilliance at its prime.

Also, since when the *** is a thf a nin? I give an example of nin/thf, and you reversed them. Nin's innate job trait is dual wield. Thf doesn't get that.
