Time For Another Newbie Question About Advanced Jobs

Hey Everyone, /wave

I have been looking at the advanced jobs and what I want to play and I definatually know that I want to get dancer as one of my jobs but when i read into the job it says you have to go to Jungar Forest (s). I'm trying to figure out what that means and how to get there. I run through the forest going from jeuno to valkrum regularly but i dont understand the (s) thing.

I purchased the collocters edition of the game so I have all of the expantions i just cant find information about accessing those area. I plan on being 30 soon and would like to start my collection. If someone knows of a place where I can read up on the info I would greatly appreciate it.

I think you could use Bastilla Downs maw to get there. I am still pretty much a noob myself so maybe others here can help you more.

Any area with {S} at the end of the name indicates an area in the past, accessible if you have the Wings of the Goddess expansion.

I would recommend having sneak/invis, or a higher level helper to head to the past, as the monsters there will be higher level than they are in present time.

I would also recommend unlocking Ninja while you're at it, as this will by far be your most commonly used subjob in pt situations. Here's the link for the Nin job quest:

You have to use the Batallia Downs, Rolanberry Fields, or Sauromugue Champaign (don't) maws first to get access into the past. Whichever one you pick, you'll end up in one of those three zones in the past (at random). Unlock maws by using them in the past.

The past has mobs at very high levels and walking around is dangerous for low-level characters (though possible if you have sneak/invisible). Try asking someone in your linkshell to escort you on Lakeside Minuet.
