Assuming this is a question referring to how to increase HP drained. As far as I know, it's only based on level difference. Meaning you'll drain more HP from EPs than from VTs.

Int has small effects. And I do mean small. But you stack alot of int you will get a few points increase.

I seemed to notice a small difference by stacking INT --
I got like 2 more HP by stacking all the INT from AF. c.c

...At least, I think that was all I stacked together.
