Yeah, yeah, outsider looking in. Myself and a couple friends are looking to possibly moving to Bahamut. Just wondering if the server's still closed to transfers or if SE's re-opened it.

Still closed. I don't believe SE will ever open it, and if they do, there will be a very nice notice about it.
