Box dominates KB more or less on Bahamut and good luck getting him to sell to non-JPs :(
Only other operational shell which does KB I know of is BahamutZombies(?) though as stated... claiming over Box is a pain in the ***. Raen is dead on, JP LS Box rules KB, everytime I went out there to help someone recently, they have always had anywhere from 15-25 ppl out there during windows. Also, I'd suggest BahamutZombies as well, of course, getting them to give you a price for it will be difficult.

Didnt bother to check and see what jobs he has, so I guess he wants it for an idle piece on COR. Arggh...those Japanese..Why they hate us soo much.. I want some love.
Just keep trying, hell I might even suggest getting ToD and going out to KB and offering whatever LS gets the claim (if not Box) a reward for that piece. They make very well sell it to you. Its the only thing I can think of.

If the price is right Zombies will sell, Bot err Box is a *** and won't sell to NA..I don't know if ReachPerfection does KB or not but worth a shot if you see them @ KB worst you can do is ask.
