Salvage Static LFM

My old group died out so working on rebuilding a new one using a few that are still willing to stay while looking for new members. For those interested, here's what you need to know.
-Looking at 7-10 PM EST start times.
-We're also going to try out using vent or skype to communicate throughout the run so having a mic and using a computer is recommended.
-It would be highly recommended if your merc. rank is at least SL for RvB. Any lower will eventually slow us down because you just can't beat the 1.5k+ AP RvB gives for a successful run. ^^
-Since many of us have multiple jobs, more job openings are available.
In order of priority of what we currently need:
COR
BRD (storm fife good)
THF (TH4 good)
RDM (phalanx II a must)
MNK (at least 20% haste and "merits")
SAM (Polearm merits and at least 16% haste)

Forgot to add shooting for 3x a week.

Currently set with two days (working on 3). Wednesday 8 PM EST and Saturday 6-7PM EST.
We have 2 melees COR BRD RDM THF WHM; would like to add one more to that list:
RDM (Phalanx II a must)
THF (TH4 good)
MNK (at least 20% haste and "merits [you should know what i'm asking for]")
SAM (Polearm merits and at least 16% haste)
