What airline is that twinjet with the duck face second in line?

Saw this pic in an article about an unfortunate AirAsia flight:
What airline is that twinjet with the duck face second in line? Never seen that before. hard to tell from the vid which is just inside but it's more likly the engine threw a few fan blade causing severe engine vib, a locked engine would not cause vibrations like that on its own.
My husband said that according to the intakes of the engines that it looks like a 737 (source: he is a jet engine mechanic with a degree in aviation business management)
Note: Could be a 787 dreamliner, but the fuselage in that is probably bigger than what's shown. if you are refering to the Nokair
