I call BS on this. Just like the +1, the "Enhances Meditate effect" is questionable. The 1st 2 time i tried them i got 160tp... the next 10 time i used meditate with them, been only getting 140tp.
What is so enhanced about this?

You shouldn't expect it to be upgraded to a more powerful meditate unless there has been testing shown it has been upgraded. The only case where you don't have to do that is if it says something like: Enhances "Meditate" effect II on them. In the case of these gloves all three have Enhances "Meditate" effect so there isn't reason to believe they are more powerful versions than the previous ones. Sorry, I should of just said that to begin with.

I never looked at it like that. That would be a nice catch but that sounds more like a Job trait. Either way id like to pursue that perk. Ya, what ever happened to the .dat mine that said they DO have enhance meditate II? (I feel like a broken record, cuz i say this in a lot of AF2+2 SS and such lol)

At some point I do also recall reading that it was II though and noticed it didn't have anything said on the piece afterwards though if it makes you feel any better. Shoulda got some nin or thf hands....oh wait sam fourm sorry~

What I do know is that this hand piece NQ, +1 and +2 have and is questionable to me. And Enh. Meditate effect II still sounds more like a job trait to me. sadly i don't have them yet, so i guess i can't comment :( Has anyone discovered how they enhance blade bash yet?
