Caller's Bracers Vs. Relic Hands

The caller's bracers +1/2 have "avatar: enhances accuracy" on them. Do these have better accuracy than summoner's bracers? Summoner's bracers give 14 accuracy and 10 summoning magic skill so I'm inclined to believe the caller's don't beat this, but I'm not sure. I couldn't find any information in another thread but if there was one just point me in that direction :)

I would lean to thinking summoner's give more acc when you total the 2, however like always depending on what your fighting that could be overshooting you on acc so in many cases Caller's will win out because of the set bonus. So if you need more acc then relic, if not then af3 is better.
