It's very easy to zerg actually, I've done it with 4 dds, could work with less probably.

Trio'd it as DRK, BRD and NIN the other day.

I agree with OP, total ***, definitely don't try without poison pots, and even with is a mega ***. Tried zerging with blu as one of the jobs and chainspell sleepga II just continually interrupts. I know we managed to kill it 6 times in the end, but the first attempts were a lower level cap I think, and perhaps one less person?

tl:dr; it's a ***, bring a few friends and zerg with poison pots.

Build TP with 4 DDs before hand and zerg it. My friends and I would do it like that extremely easy, even without poison. DRK, MNK, WAR, BLU. Regulate the BLU into Headbutt spam. Link together a Blood Rage Raging Rushx2 ---> Insurgency = around 11k damage or so, which is about 95% of the thing's HP. We do Lamprey Lord the same way. In fact, just about any Tier 2 VNM should suffer in the same way from doing this. Except that/those weird one(s) like the Doomed that resist damage types.
