So, I am hoping that someone could point the way....
I recently got my CDs out of storage that I hadn't listened to for the last few moves... in any case when I dug out my FF IX OST..
Basically I was wondering if someone could point the way to where I could get a download of the third disk? I now have a disk that apparently has two small HOLES in the metal sheen so that I can now see through the disk -_-;

Thank you all in any case.

Here you go

Not the greatest quality and many of the tracks aren't properly tagged, but the file names and track numbers are on the spot, so nothing you can't fix pretty quickly.

That reminds me, I need to continue my journey of archiving all the FF albums. Can't decide which to pick up next.

You can turn off the chimes and other sounds in gameplay and let the music alone be your guide. Although as strange as that sounds, it makes the game slightly more challenging as the chimes help pinpoint your accuracy of being in tune with the rhythm of the track.

Theathrhythm is great and fun, but sadly is only a meager chunk of music of all the available music in the franchise. But it is a commendable "best of" so to speak, and can be as challenging as it is fun.

For those interested I also have Symphonic Odysseys which is an orchestrated tribute concert recorded and held in honor of Nobuo Uematsu and his music, which covers a few FF tracks and other notable franchises with his involvement.

I also have Symphonic Fantasies which is a orchestrated medley going over franchises like: Kingdom Hearts, The Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger, and of course Final Fantasy.

Yeah, sadly what I am missing the most of are those special arrangement/compilation albums. Since they're imported and out of print, they're kind of a pain and expensive to pick up.

But I'll continue to fill in the blanks one paycheck at a time I guess. But the one CD I have the hardest time finding is Kou Ogata's arrangement of FFXI music. Might have to hit chinatown and see if there's some obscure store that has import cds.

450+ hours of my life have been investing into that game so far...

I think I have some of the gaps that you need. Let me organize and check...
I Have "F.F. Mix", and Final Fantasy Pray, as well as the FFI/FFI combination. I am also not sure what version of FF3 I have (English dialog before each audio track). Oh, and FFX Vocal collection ( I think it is combination drama album/music).
Ah, and the FF America/Mystic Quest ost.
Would any of these help?

Black Materia (It's pretty terrible)
Dissidia (both)
Crystal Chronicles
Tactics (advanced, too)
Unlimited (anime)
Dirge of Cerberus
Crisis Core

I think I have the 25th anniversary 16-bit demakes of 7-11 selections hiding some place.
