I mean I'm not going to label someone dirty cause they just went running. But aside from sweat due to activities, hygiene in general is a habit and if someone doesn't shower, or wash certain parts of their body for a couple of days, it's likely they're slacking on it all the time. And frankly, it's pretty disgusting.

There are lots of 'average' looking women who shoot up to being pretty hot just based on conversation alone and it makes sex immensely better than her laying there on her back while we both look on expressionless.
