The Reason You Hate The Patriots

FYI I'm a Fan of the Steelers 1st and Patriots 2nd
In the 90's I did "Hate" the Cowboys so I am also guilty of what this article has to say just with the Cowboys lol.

How in the ever-loving *** can you be a Steelers fan and a fan of the Patriots second? How much have the Pats embarassed the Steelers in the past 15 years? I mean, they're not the Ravens, but...yeah.

On a side note, I hate the Patriots but I still want them to win because holy *** the sports fans of the country collectively losing their god damn minds will be a marvellous sight to behold.

That's not true. The reason I hate the Patriots is because I hate football.

So, the reason i'm a steelers fan, John Madden 1996, for i think SNES, i was never really into sports but i got it as a xmas gift from my grandmom one month later she passed (anywho) i randomly selected a team and the steelers were the 1st team i chose cuz i knew F***all about sports at the time and i honestly didnt give 2 S***s so i got really REALLY good at it. and since then ive been a steelers fan . . . but ive always rooted for the home teams XD.

I am a life long and hard core cowboys fan Biggest upset of the year is cowboys beating seahawks in Seattle ,That Pass too Dez Bryant was a catch in the cowboys packers game...

anyways....I like the patriots

Well.... more then the seahawks anyways, I hate Richard sherman he has such a loud mouth, and I hate Marshan Lynch, because the fact he never answers questions to the media, It says in his contract that he is suppose to, be he keeps insisting on disobeying rules and getting fined and people support him for it.......

I am cheering for the Seahawks only because I think back-to-back championships in any sport is pretty cool.

I hate the Patriots because they are not a hockey team. I hate them slightly less ONLY because they are not the Bruins.

Oh, also, I don't hate the Patriots because they win. I hate the Patriots because Jesus titty-*** Christ Bahhston sports fans are insufferable.

I like football fine, it's a good way to kill a Sunday afternoon, but hockey is infinitely preferred in my household.

Don't kill that Sunday afternoon, coddle it closely. Before you know it, it'll be gone forever and you have to go back to work the next day.

Go Blackhawks!

Sunday afternoon is possibly the most depressing part of the week, knowing you're free right that moment, but responsibility is looming over your shoulder ready to knock you the *** out again.

(I am secondarily a Sabres fan because I grew up as a Sabres fan in a Buffalo-born family. Converted after college, long story. But I still have a very soft spot for the downdrodden Buffalo sports teams.)

Dez Bryant had a nice effort just not a catch had he not seen end zone he would have had a hell of a catch also *** the patriots till Tom Brady gives Charles Woodson his first ring

Most people hate the Patriots because of what it represents: Winning for a long time and generally being given the benefit of the doubt. I'm a longtime Pats/Celtics/Socks/Bruins fan (grew up outside of boston), but I have come to learn there are several reasons for why people just don't like the patriots.

1. Tom Brady, and the Tuck rule
2. Spygate
3. Bill Belicheck screwing over the jets
4. Bill Belicheck never saying more than 10 words at an ordinary press conference
5. The patriots ALWAYS being the favorite, always being given the benefit of the doubt, and ALWAYS the talk, no matter if they're good, bad, or average (don't believe me? watch espn during any non-high-profile sporting season. They will always find a way to talk about Giselle, the Patriots, and spy/deflate gate).
6. Bob Kraft - The guy is just a nice and lovable guy, but he's hated because we know he's inside the commish' pockets, and more often than not, his franchise is always given the complimentary treatment. Just this week he demanded a "Public Apology" for deflategate. LOL
7. Bill Belicheck is a really, really good coach, and despite people not wanting to admit that he's really good due to his "competitive edge" tendencies, he tends to be hated because he's winning. If he were "cheating" on the cleveland browns, believe me, nobody would care.
8. Tom Brady is married to a super model, wears Tom Ford blazers, and is sponsored by UGGS. Not a legit reason to hate, but people don't need it.
9. They are America's team. No, not the Cowboys, the Patriots.
10. The most common reason people hate the patriots is because they just don't like the "Patiot Way" atmosphere that they have in that organization. People think they are being brainwashed there, but there's a difference between buying into a system and being brainwashed. Because players like Chad Johnson and Randy Moss run themselves off the team, the Patriots are perceived as "weirdos" who have one way of doing it, and will cut you if you disobey." That's not the truth, but its really how people perceive winning teams.

People used to hate the Lakers back when they were always winning. People always love to hate the best, because they need a break from the norm. Most reasons aren't legit, but in sports, you can like, love, and hate whomever you please.

I bear no ill will toward them theoretically. They're a really great team.

The only teams I hate in the Western Conference are the Jets, because their fans are entitled ***, and Dallas because as I said, I grew up a Sabres fan and NO *** GOAL.

I just don't like Tom Brady or the Patriots period just like the Lakers even if they still loosing still hate them and Kobe and oh yea let's go SEAHAWKS!!!!!! i would rather cheer for them then the Patriots.

Also hate the Patriots because I'm from LA and a Raiders fan.

All I know is that I'm rooting for my Pens, but if I have to place a bet right now my money is going on a team from the West...

I think we have to start to acknowledge that we need to learn to adjust to less-than-healthy and not just hold out hoping for perfect luck. :x
