They're not always 100% accurate or thorough, but when it comes to a lot of things they do a lot more research -- and present it in a far more digestable fashion -- than most news sources.

If so, America is doomed. It really all depends on the filter the company uses. Ours blocks random stuff because it falls under some obscure description that is listed as blocked by the filter... so I mean it could just be one of those random occurrences like that.
