Or when flying, stopped by the cockpit and told the pilot: Yeah, if you could not crash into a mountain today, that would be great. Some things you expect to be done, simply because that is supposed to be a function of what the job entails. If minimization of impact to emergency services isn't a factor in motorcade planning, then that is an issue. But it likely isn't a new one.
