FFXIV ARR And Server Change How Does It Work?

i have checked the load stone it says am in masamune and when i press the application for server transfer' it just takees me to another page is it to early to server change?

Yes.

We should be able to import 1.xx characters to the beta on the next part of phase 3. We will be able to transfer characters at the release date.

We might be able to transfer characters in P 3, P 4, or early entry, no information yet.

Are new players like myself going to have access to the old servers?

Yes, you'll be able to create a new character on either Legacy or New Player servers.

As Seneca Riago said, new player will be able to join the newer servers or the legacy servers. Legacy members will be locked to Legacy only servers for the first 6 months of launch. This is to give newer players a chance to level and get their server economy going and such. After the 6 months, legacy members will have their lockdown ended and will be able to transfer servers (if/when the option is available.)

Thats pretty *** cool. So theres a world transfer system?
