had something to do with the 3DS memory not being able to process both, which honestly is kinda BS since Rosalina is a bit more advanced and the ice climbers are basicly the same attacks from 2 chars, and there is that stage glitch where the background starts chanting Nana & Popo. so who knows, maybe if enough people want them back they may find a way to re-add them

As long as they make Ryu not super realistic looking and done in his "Puzzle Fighter" chibi style I think he could work nicely. He is also a well balanced fighter with both range and melee attacks. Just the fact we have played him for so long and in so many games I don't see myself using him much outside of his first month of release.

Ryu might not be farfetched tho since we do have Megaman in there, and as cool as it would be to have him in another crossover, he didnt really have that many games in a Nintendo, did he?

Shin Shroyuken is confirmed to be his final smash. The patch for tomorrow leaked early in Japan and all his stuff was in there.

Kirbys stage from 64 is coming back as well, and Ryu of course has his own stage too.

Ok some gameplay leaked this morning Ryu has TWO final Smashes.
The Shroyuken AND the Hadoken.

Up B - Shroyuken
B - Hadoken
Forward B - Hurricane Kick
Down B - Some sort of Modified Falcon Punch. Instead of knocking them far away it does a lot of damage and stuns them for what looks like 4 seconds.

Additionally it appears his moves can be put in using SF combos and they do more damage or have additional effects. His Hadoken turns into a fireball that rapidly damages and knocks back the foe before exploding for decent damage.

was playing it online already, and went up against another ryu and we spammed hadoken for like 30sec.....lol

Roy was alright, but I had alot of fun with ryu, If you input the moves like you would in street fighter, you get a lil damage increase in ryus moves, you can even throw a fire hadouken if you press back, downback, down, forwarddown, forward, you can also do all the moves using the regular A attacks., easiest way to do the moves, is to just hold A so ryu does a roundhouse, and do the motion while hes swinging his foot.....

Even though there is a Ken trophy, I wish there was a Ken alt....

I also like the little touches they added to ryu, like the fact that when you hit someone its the same sound fx as street fighter 2 , and when you perfect shield, it makes the parry noise from 3rd strike...

also for some people who are complaining, ryu does not have parrying, its just a sfx......
