About the same as a VS set, except with the addition of a gorget and I believe whirlpool mask.

Edit: Also is the Qaaxo Harness worth getting? Been thinking of picking it up for a while but not sure if it was worth the plasm or not.

It's one of the Best Accuracy pieces in game for MNK, with Multihit, haste and potential PDT augments.

Qaaxo in general is a good Acc option. Take a look at the entire B-path set.

Do you have the AM3/ Impetus and acc sets partially reversed? I'm not seeing why you would have crit augs on normally, then remove it for the relic/af combo when using impetus/focus.

Unless.. Is it for the STP to get 3k tp, then switch to the KA gear to stack with AM3?

Is Spharai worth pursuing at all now, or does Oatixur/Tinhaspa pretty well compete with it?

How are Oats ahead of relic? Not being an ***, I really don't know.

IMO, it's Glanzfaust > Spharai > Veres > Tin > Oats, not sure where Ninzas stand these days, I'm assuming between Oats and tins.
I think Spharai are worth it, the dps is consistantly higher than the other weaps from what I've seen (no Glanz on Siren yet, so I can't compare them), the counter is nice if you do salvage on mnk, and FH is a decent WS against high lvl mobs (incursion and delve v2) sometimes beating out VS.

I just came back from a long break and would like to ask how should I start gearing for delve this is what I have atm ItemSet 330593 and I am not sure if I should start Neo-Nyzul or just upgrade my relic/af armor to 119 ty for the help

It was reported a while back that the ODD on veres only procs on the first hit of the main hand, and that it put em at the bottom of the trio. I was just going off of those posts. But as always it's situational.
Did he recently finish? I haven't seen em.

Glaz overall Dps will kill anything out there with am3 up.

well, Thaumas coat is still strong, but a lot of people are moving to Qaaxo for defensive purposes. a NNI win should be easy to get so I would prioritize it because it will get you a lot of mileage.

upgrading your relic legs, AF feet, and Relic/AF gloves will give you a healthy baseline and should be next. these are solid pieces for TP and WS sets that will give you raw stats you are lacking. while you work on those, get Uk'uxkaj Cap from Hurkan (WKR in Marjami Ravine), people are going to be spamming due to the 11/11 event and now is the time to leap on that. you may wish to get the 115 H2H from Morimar WKR and augment with OAT, but the goal is to replace your weapon with Oats ASAP. Uk'uxkaj Cap is (or at least was) the best head slot short of Felistris Mask for lower accuracy situations, and is still strong for Victory Smite. (you DO have Victory Smite, right? if not, build the WoE weapon and get that amidst all your other grinding....)

once you can get start getting Delve 1 wins, most items are going to be freelot there, so at the least an Oatixur and the double attack earrings/Asperity Necklace will come easily. Whirlpool Mask is a great Accuracy piece and comes from shark. other items get to be more situational, and may not be worth your time/expense. while the H2H you can get from Oboro will beat out Eminents, I would say not to bother with the expense.

after all of that, once you hit Delve 2 drops Tinhaspa B path is the current non-REM de rigueur, as well as Qaaxo items for high Accuracy situations.

that would be kick attacks rate, not kick attacks damage like af 119
