If the base damage of new Ninza + can be augmented similar to damage addition of old NQ Ninza, which some weapons are proving to be with in the same parameters. For Ninza +Base Damage (21 - 26). Will Ninza +1 be the new better option for Mnks looking for H2H to use before they can obtain Oat's?

It'll depend on the augments, but if you didn't know they also reduced Ninzas+1 base damage to 75 which is not reflected in the English help text.

+2 stones definitely rain from from leveled up chests in Yorcia Skirmish, the drops from a V head with no chest stars are absolutely depressing.
Know this isnt the forum but anyone knows yet how to make them levelup?... coz I've killed the mob that pop (dont recall the name atm ~.~) and havent got any "level up"

I had 2 instance of chest level-up in OLD skirmish none of which resulted in +2 stone. I got 1 stone+2 back then coming from 1/1/1 with no level up... Stop theory crafting. If anything it's a chance at something just like the HQ heads.

They proc randomly, there is no way to force them at least in old skirmish. Also they proc at the tallies except in old cirdas iirc (since some tally could not occur as they are based on the numbers of NMs killed)

We've done multiple Skirmish in Yorcia with V head and on every run where we get a chest level up we get collectively, 20+ stones +2 and on every run where we do not we get collectively, 0 stones+2.

So yeah, completely not related. I'm glad you tested this for us in a different event, though.

Certain enemies only spawn when Bestial Dens are up and the spawn rate of advancing swarms decreases when you kill them.

Doesn't seem to have any effect other then removing certain mobs.
Depending on the difficulty:

Panopt > Lady bug > Snap Weed | > Ochu | > Morbol | > Belladona x2

Think that's right.

Can one of you math sorcerers make this into an equation?

Id like to compare some of the new gear setups. Something like is 850 defense with 46% pdt better than 832 defense with 50% pdt. Or at what point between those values is the sweet spot?

It's possible I'm oversimplifying, but if you look at what DEF and PDT do you can come up with a quick approximation.

PDT reduces the amount of physical damage you take by a direct percentage. If you take some amount of initial damage,

Damage Taken = Initial_Damage*(1-PDT/100).

Assuming that the monster's damage is calculated in the same way that a player's damage is, defense reduces the amount of damage you take in a slightly different way. From BGwiki:

Physical Damage = Base Damage * pDIF

where Physical Damage represents the monster's damage. Defense affects the pDIF term, which is a ratio between the attacker's attack and the target's defense.
Assume the monster has some amount of attack, Monster_Attack, and that you have some amount of defense, Player_DEF. The monster's pDIF will be calculated as

Monster_Attack/Player_DEF,

and then it's damage will be calculated by multiplying by base damage. If you increase your defense to some value, Player_DEF', then the monster's pDIF will be reduced to

Monster_Attack/Player_DEF'.

The ratio of the damage you take with your new defense value vs. the lower defense value will then be given by

Physical Damage'/Physical damage.

The Base Damage term drops out, as nothing has changed, leaving only

pDIF'/pDIF,

that is,

(Monster_Attack/Player_DEF')/(Monster_Attack/Player_DEF)

which reduces to

Player_DEF/Player_DEF'.

All you have to do to compare the amount of damage you'll take by increasing defense is to divide your old defense by your new defense.
If you want to compare PDT to DEF for a particular piece, you can directly compare the two:

Player_DEF/Player_DEF' = (1-PDT/100).

A quick rearrangement of terms gives

Player_DEF'=(Player_DEF)/(1-PDT/100) which will tell you how much defense you need in order to gain the benefit of some amount of PDT given some initial amount of defense.

This doesn't work if the monster lands a critical hit, though. Critical hits add 1 to your attack vs. defense ration, so the attack term doesn't drop out. That is, you end up comparing

(1/DEF' + 1/ATT)/(1/DEF + 1/ATT).

That's about as good as you can do with a quick approximation, but pDIF includes one more step which I've ignored.

Just for curiosity, I noticed the Full ACC build uses Usu feet +1, where Manibozho boots R15 STR path have near the exact same Accuracy:

8 DEX --> 5 Accuracy + 10 Accuracy = 15 Accuracy (8*0.625=5)

Wouldn't it be more beneficial to just stick with Manibozho Boots for full acc?

Not like it truly matters, it just sort've irked me on why those feet are continued to be used for just that purpose, when Manibozho Boots have the same amount of Accuracy.

I'm sure this doesn't belong here, but is anyone having trouble augmenting otronif boots? I initially used an NQ stone since it was all I had and got PDT-1%. Three +1 stones later and not one has offered any increase to my augmented stats. Is this broken or am I that unlucky?

+1 melee augments are generally really bad, there's a reason they cost 1/10 of the obsidian shards that +2s do.

Depends on buffs you have and what you are fighting. If you need the acc you will gain dps and not lose a thing.
