I wonder how the patterns will go for seeing each of the girls. We saw a lot of Ruby and a little of Weiss this time. So next time will it be a lot of Ruby and a little of Blake, then the third time a lot of Ruby and a little of Yang? Or since we saw no Yang and Blake, maybe next episode will be focused on one or both of them.
Or was seeing Weiss a hint that the next episode is focused on her, maybe a lot of Weiss next time while RNJR/JNRR is traveling to the next town, with a little of Blake or Yang next time? Then whichever one of them has just a little screen time could get the bulk of the next episode after that.
I'm curious about that, because all members of RWBY have seemed important up until now, so how will these episodes get them all equal exposure and make sure we still care about all of them moving forward?
I was also intrigued by Blake's part in the opening, besides the Adam fight which she is in no way prepared for. She's on a ship of sorts with Sun. She seems to have liked Sun in the past, what with blushing at him during the tournament and going to the dance with him and all that. Her previous relationship was also with a male, Adam, so it seemed to me that she was straight, and the Bumblebee ship was just wishful thinking from the fandom. (And no, I'm not going to misspell it to "bumbleby." >.>) But then Sun is physically shoved aside to put another girl next to Blake, and she seems happier with the girl (briefly, before seeming to remember and be homesick for Yang.) So is that a hint that Bumblebee really is possible? She was pleased to see the girl replace Sun, it seemed. Or was that her sister (they looked pretty similar?)
AND YANG. Okay, girl is up and learning to fight one-armed from papa dragon. Good. But then Taiyang turns into Yang(??? so is it Yang, Taiyang, or tai-Yang?) and then the real Yang(???) falls backwards. Well, the last character who fell backwards in an intro ended up with an arrow through her heart, so all I'm saying is NO. NOPE. NO WAY. NU-UH.
